Welcome to the blog of JJ Devaney. Freelance journalist, teacher and soccer coach. I am a teacher of English and History and have spent the last 3 years working in the United States on the East coast. I have written for the Sligo Weekender and other regional and national newspapers with Gaelic Football and Soccer being my main areas of interest. I have reported for Mid West Radio and Ocean FM on local games and games of national interest such as the All-Ireland football Quarter finals of 2007.
